IIM has represented Zurich / Empire for over 25 years, and maintains "Elite Agent Status" with this market (enhanced underwriting authority due to premium volume and audit performance).  Currently, we represent this market for trucking, business auto, and passenger transportation for accounts operating principally within a 300-mile or less radius.  Effective this month, our authority has been expanded to include transportation accounts operating on a long-haul basis.

Zurich's long-haul appetite is new, and is only being offered to four agents nationwide.  We are proud to be one of the select few!  This new authority for long-haul is currently available only in PA and OH, but other states are expected to follow.  Since the representation is extremely limited, this will give us a unique market to consider for your trucking accounts -- one that your insured’s are not likely to find access to through other channels.
